Clarify what is driving the need for change: customer or audit expectations, traceability, risk, scrap, downtime, delivery, or capacity. Agree on what improvement should look like.
Capabilities and constraints
Define what the plant needs to see, decide, and control. Set the boundaries around budget, people, time, and existing infrastructure.
Current state and readiness

Where should we start?
The Current-State Assessment + Readiness Scorecard is the recommended starting point when the facts or priorities are unclear. If a reliable assessment already exists, we can use it to focus on the next decision.
Do we need to replace our current systems?
No. We begin with your existing environment and recommend changes when the value, requirements, and operating constraints support them.
Do you recommend specific tools or vendors?
We define requirements and evaluation criteria first. Vendor evaluation can be included, but no platform is assumed at the outset. If an affiliated offering is considered, the relationship is disclosed and the option is evaluated against the same requirements and alternatives.
Does BiHu implement the solutions?
BiHu can support implementation planning, vendor or integrator selection, design review, governance, acceptance, and results tracking. Your internal teams and selected providers carry out the hands-on implementation.
Can the engagement be done remotely?
Yes. Many engagements can be hybrid. We use onsite time for walkthroughs, workshops, and evidence gathering when being in the plant improves the quality of the work. Location and travel are agreed during scoping.
