When you prepare or send a consultation request, you may provide your name, company, role, work email, phone number, and details about the decision or challenge you want to discuss. The website form opens your email application; your message is sent only when you choose to send it.

How information is used

BiHu uses inquiry information to respond, understand potential fit, arrange conversations, and maintain relevant business records. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers and retention

Website hosting and email providers may process limited technical or message data to operate their services. BiHu retains inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed for the business relationship, recordkeeping, security, or legal obligations.

Your choices

You may ask about information you have provided, request a correction, or ask that it be deleted when no legal or business requirement requires retention.

Self-serve digital maturity assessment

The assessment calculates results in your browser. Answers and your selected scope are kept in this browser tab to let you resume; progress older than 24 hours is not restored when you reopen the page. Starting over clears the previous answers. No account or email is required, and the assessment does not send answers to BiHu or subscribe you to marketing.

If you choose to include your result in a consultation email, the selected summary is placed in a draft in your email application. BiHu receives it only if you send that email. Printed and downloaded reports remain under your control. Website hosting may still process the technical information needed to deliver the page.
