How BiHu began
BiHu grew out of hands-on work inside manufacturing and industrial environments.
In a plant, decisions about equipment, processes, staffing, automation, and technology affect safety, quality, cost, and delivery. A technically capable system can still be the wrong investment if the process, people, or infrastructure are not ready for it.
That experience shaped BiHu’s approach: understand the operation, establish the value, and build a plan the organization can sustain. Our recommendations make the evidence, assumptions, alternatives, and next decision clear.
Founded by Modeste Niragire, BiHu Industrial Consulting is a BiHu Group company based in Grand Rapids, Michigan. We work with manufacturers through remote, onsite, and hybrid engagements.
