Our History
BiHu Industrial Consulting grew out of hands-on work inside manufacturing and industrial environments, where decisions about systems, automation, and data directly affect safety, quality, cost, and delivery. After seeing too many tool-led initiatives overpromise and underdeliver, BiHu was created as a more grounded alternative: value-first, constraint-aware, and closely connected to day-to-day plant realities.
